From the start, your appointed Project Manager executes a tailor-made deployment strategy. While some providers view installing a product as a simple upload of software, our Technical Services view it as an opportunity to identify your needs and fine-tune your investment for maximum ROI.

Project Management
From the moment you become part of the Autobase family, your appointed Project Manager will serve to coordinate all tasks associated with the successful deployment of your Autobase solution. This individual will be your single point of contact for all issues, ensuring that your onsite consultation, installation, and training are each delivered to your satisfaction. 

Onsite Hardware/Software Installation
Our installation specialists execute the initial steps of the strategic plan that was created during your business consult. Following this custom plan, they install all the supported hardware in accordance with your purchased licenses — a crucial step for the future configuration of your system.

Data Conversion Services
We prime your Autobase system with sold records that have complete customer information, either from a file or through one general ledger (GL) extraction from an approved dealer management system (DMS).

Integration Services
We configure integration between your Autobase system and one approved DMS. One integration per GL account or store/dealership number is provided to enhance the power of your Autobase solution.

Forms
We
provide three forms per store/dealership. The most common selections are a worksheet, appraisal form, and credit application. If your location has multiple franchises, we will replicate — at no extra cost — the three selected forms with the name and logo change to better represent the franchise.

System Configuration
User
data and settings are configured for optimum benefit and ROI from your Autobase solution. Among other items, these dealer-specific customizations include:

  • tailoring the automated follow-up settings for letters, emails, and phone calls;
  • setting your automated renewal process; and
  • loading employee information.
