Bryan Anderson entered the auto retail industry as a salesperson in the early 1980s and later served as sales manager and F&I manager. Through these years, Mr. Anderson envisioned harnessing the power of technology to aid in the showroom sales process. Since establishing Autobase, Inc. in 1988, Mr. Anderson has personally consulted with thousands of dealers on how to manage their sales processes with the aid of such technology. His experience, innovation, and vision have led to the design of six (6) generations of the Autobase software in the company's rich history. Today, Mr. Anderson continues to work on product vision to build competitive advantage. His long-standing drive and purpose has been to provide, not just software, but a total solution for today's aggressive auto dealer.
Phil M. Barras
Executive Director
Phil Barras studied business at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and began his career in the automotive industry in 1977. He quickly progressed from sales to being a department manager, GSM and finally GM of a leading import franchise – a position he held for eight years. For several years prior to joining Autobase, Barras was an Autobase customer, having purchased the product for his own dealership. This experience would prove to be invaluable with both existing and potential clients upon joining Autobase in 1994. In 1998, he was named Vice President and began directing the sales and training efforts for the company. Since that time, he has assumed executive responsibility for strategic relationships with OEMs and industry vendors. Additionally, he now manages the all-new personal service teams currently being deployed across the organization.
