It is our pleasure to announce that Autobase Inc. is now a BMW iSTAR Partner-the first CRM provider to complete the certification process. Through this collaboration, we have aligned with BMW of North America, LLC to deliver incredible value to our BMW dealerships by providing BMW NA-generated leads within the Autobase Solution™.

The advantages for our dealers are:

1. Autobase is the first, and currently the ONLY, CRM vendor certified by BMW as an iSTAR partner;
2. iSTAR lead integration eliminates the need for the dealer to retrieve leads from ALERT, putting all Internet leads in one place;
3. The dealer can now match a new lead with an existing customer and add that lead to the customer record;
4. The dealer can create a new customer record in Autobase from a BMW NA lead without re-entering customer information;
5. The dealer can more accurately track his or her Internet leads by source; and
6. The information that BMW receives (ex. When was the lead opened? Was there a test drive? Has it been sold?) will help BMW improve the quality of their leads.
