Showroom technology has changed quite a bit since it was first introduced in the late 1980s. Over the past 16 years, we have pioneered such technology and have long provided the premiere CRM solution in the industry. One reason for this success is our reliance on the valuable input offered by you, our committed users.

With this in mind, Autobase, Inc. is proud to announce the formation of its Customer Advisory Council. Dealerships using Autobase Sales Center™ will not only be able to enjoy the strongest CRM of the day, but will be able to look forward to an even stronger future of product development.

The Council operates under the direction of Mike Burroughs, Director of Development. It consists of dealers who demonstrate a commanding knowledge and excellent usage of Autobase Sales Center™. Various dealership demographics (including size, locale, product lines, etc.) are represented to achieve an accurate and comprehensive reading on the program's current status throughout the market.

The Council's mission is "to actively engage key customers in a discussion of our products and processes, the plan we have to improve them, and how we might otherwise impact their successful implementation of our product offerings."

What is the future of automotive CRM? What valuable technology is necessary to provide the average car dealer with sustainable market advantage? What will best strengthen Autobase Sales Center™ today in order to maximize its offering to the market tomorrow? During biannual meetings, the Customer Advisory Council will discuss these and other topics, review all current operations of each department, and focus on future goals in product development.
