| There is a new look and new functionality behind www.autobase.net and dealer.autobase.net. Located at the same URLs as before, the new website (www.autobase.net) and customer portal (dealer.autobase.net) are more engaging and easier to navigate, providing more information than ever before.
The new customer portal has been upgraded to serve as a central source for the important information every Autobase customer needs. Now, dealers can log in to contact Autobase Customer Support via the web to report an issue, check on the status of or add information to an existing ticket, access important support information, and arrange online training classes for dealership staff in seconds.
The new customer portal is designed to save Autobase users time and energy when faced with a support need. With a customer portal log-in, dealers can access the User Guide to quickly and easily find answers to questions without picking up the phone. They can also create, update, and manage support tickets, access important support documentation, and benefit from an online training class explaining how to use the online ticketing system for Support.
Other capabilities include: research and sign up for various online training classes available through Autobase University; request a Training Specialist to conduct on-site training at your dealership or sign up for training at one of our regional offices; browse the documentation library; and gather information on newly released products and services.
To get started, Autobase users can go online to dealer.autobase.net and select “Create New Account” under Account Utilities menu, or simply call Autobase Customer Support at 800-568-6085.
