Autobase Certified as a Subaru Vendor Partner

Indianapolis, IN - Autobase, Inc., the leading marketing and sales CRM provider for car dealers nationwide, and a division of Dominion Enterprises, today announced that it has been certified as a vendor partner with Subaru of America (SOA) to work in conjunction with the Subaru Integrated Lead Management Program.

“The certification allows Autobase to provide even greater support to our dealers in the process of managing Internet leads,” said Jennifer Holliday-Buchanan, Strategic Relations Manager for Autobase. “We are excited to have obtained approved vendor status and we appreciate the exceptionally close relationship that we have established with Subaru of America.”

As a designated lead management tool for Subaru leads, Autobase can now deliver Subaru Web leads into its fully-integrated Autobase CRM and ILM as of July 1, 2008. Together, Autobase and Subaru will help dealers manage their Subaru leads more effectively and turn more of their Internet inquiries into sales.

SOA will provide participating Subaru dealers access to a Web-based reporting system to track the volume and sales performance of the leads provided as part of this initiative. Dealers will receive online reporting of their own lead response times and, where customer matching is possible, access their own close rates, allowing dealers to compare themselves to regional and national averages. Only leads generated by SOA and those sent through the Autobase online lead engine (version 7.2 or later) will be tracked. SOA will leverage this information to develop and communicate best practices to all dealers.
