Autobase Unveils ALL-NEW Communication Services

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - Autobase, Inc., the leading marketing and sales CRM provider for car dealers nationwide and a division of Dominion Enterprises, today announced that it is enhancing its Autobase Business Solutions suite for auto dealers.

Autobase Business Solutions integrate seamlessly for a full CRM solution with targeted objectives and immediate impact. The solutions provide dealers a wide range of opportunities to market to their customer database and acquire new business. The most recent additions to the Autobase suite are within the Autobase Communication Services including ABMessenger and ABCall Tracker.

ABMessenger provides auto dealers with permission-based SMS text messaging capabilities right within the CRM, Autobase Sales Center, reaching customers faster and in a more convenient way. ABCall Tracker provides auto dealers with trackable toll-free numbers. Dealers simply assign a number to an advertisement and then allow Autobase Sales Center to track the response right within the CRM. Calls are recorded and easily retrievable for training purposes.
